Role Description:

The Red Team Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Petah Tikva / Haifa, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time.

Runs AI-assisted attack simulations against the deployed decoy environment — reconnaissance, initial access, exploration, and lateral movement — generating authentic attacker data and validating decoy realism.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on offensive security / penetration testing across the kill chain

• Realistic TTP emulation (not scripted synthetic traffic); adversary tradecraft

• Working within defined rules of engagement and authorizations

• Hands-on experience using AI tooling to execute attacks — driving AI/LLM-assisted and agentic tooling to run multi-step attack chains (reconnaissance → initial access → exploration → lateral movement), plan progressions, select TTPs, and adapt attack paths in real time

• Experience orchestrating multi-step / semi-autonomous attack sequences with AI assistance (e.g., chaining actions across the kill chain, AI-generated payloads or scripts, adaptive decision-making mid-attack)

Relevant Experience:

4+ years offensive security / red teaming with documented engagements; able to operate against sensitive environments under strict authorization.
