Affiliate Manager - Russian speaker

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Affiliate Manager to join our growing iGaming team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing affiliates to drive high-quality traffic and conversions across our brands.

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and activate new affiliates

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners

Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPA, FTDs, ROI, etc.)

Optimize traffic sources, funnels, and creative strategies

Negotiate deals and commission structures to maximize results

Ensure compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing is a strong plus

Fluent English and Russian (both spoken and written)

Additional languages are an advantage

Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Self-motivated, organized, and performance-oriented
