Deloitte – the leading and largest firm in the world for consulting and accounting services is looking for an experienced HR Specialist for the Consulting and Technology Division. As part of the job:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining smooth and efficient HR processes
• Provide ongoing support to employees and managers, ensuring adherence to HR procedures and organizational policies
• Build strong partnerships with business unit leaders to align HR strategies with business and financial objectives
• Advise and support managers on a wide range of leadership topics including career development, performance management, employee relations, team dynamics, and organizational changes
• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and recommend solutions that enhance business performance
• Accompany Partners and Senior Managers with salary updates, promotions, compensation matters, and related processes
• Support the development, coordination and delivery of learning and development programs and cross-functional initiatives within the division and across the organization.

• BA/MA in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role
• Strong business orientation & analytical mindset
• Experience in fast‑paced, tech‑driven environments
• Knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent communication skills
• high level of English

• ליווי מנהלים במגוון נושאים: ניהול ביצועים, פיתוח קריירה, יחסי עבודה, דינמיקה צוותית ושינויים ארגוניים
• ניתוח נתונים ודוחות לזיהוי מגמות, איתור אתגרים והצעת פתרונות התומכים ומקדמים את ביצועי הארגון
• ליווי שותפים ומנהלים בכירים בנושאי עדכוני שכר, קידומי דרגה, תגמול וכדומה
• תמיכה בתוכניות פיתוח ולמידה של עובדי החטיבה, כולל ליווי מסלולי למידה שונים.
