Position Overview:
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for supporting the organizations
data-driven initiatives by providing timely and accurate business insights. This role
requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to analyze data, develop BI
solutions, and partner with key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and
operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Sourcing and Analysis: Gather, manage, and analyze data from various
sources, including Oracle, Salesforce, and other operational and financial databases.
- Report and Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain a suite of
advanced reports and dynamic dashboards using Tableau and SAP BusinessObjects
to provide comprehensive visibility into business performance and key metrics.
- Ad-Hoc Query Support: Conduct in-depth analysis upon request to address specific
business questions and provide data-backed recommendations to management.
- Data Integrity Management: Data Integrity Management: Proactively monitor and
ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data used for reporting and analysis.
Identifying and resolving data discrepancies in collaboration with IT teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior management and
department heads to define business requirements and deliver actionable BI solutions
that meet their needs.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst, Data
Analyst, or similar BI-related role.
- Technical Proficiency:
o Demonstrated expertise in Excel and G-Suite is a primary requirement, with a strong
command of advanced functions and data manipulation techniques.
o Proven proficiency in Tableau and SAP BusinessObjects is essential.
o Familiarity with the data structures of major enterprise systems such as Oracle and
Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
are required.
- Professional Attributes: The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong
ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. You can effectively manage
multiple priorities and deadlines, succeeding both independently and as part of a team.
You possess excellent communication skills and can build strong working
relationships across the organization.
