Business Analyst

*About the role:*

we’re looking for a *Business Analyst & BI Developer* to join our fast-growing Data department.

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys diving into data to uncover insights, while also creating *scalable, visually engaging dashboards and reporting tools* that empower teams across the company. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of business units and products - driving impact, shaping strategy, and helping decision-makers act with confidence.

*In this role, you will:*

* Act as both a *strategic analyst* and *hands-on BI developer*, delivering insights and tools that influence key decisions.
* Partner with product managers, executives, and business leaders to understand their needs and transform them into actionable BI solutions.
* Design and maintain *interactive dashboards, reports, and self-service BI tools* (Power BI, Tableau, Pyramid Analytics, or similar).
* Build and optimize *data models and analytical layers* to ensure fast, accurate, and scalable reporting.
* Conduct in-depth analysis on business performance, uncovering opportunities for growth and efficiency.
* Work closely with data engineers to guarantee data quality, reliability, and accessibility.
* Mentor and guide junior analysts, raising the bar for BI and analytical practices across the team.

*You have:*

* 3–5 years of experience as a *Business Analyst, BI Developer, or hybrid of both*.
* Advanced proficiency in *SQL* – _Must_.
* Strong experience in *front-end BI development* (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Pyramid Analytics, or similar) – _Must_.
* Proven ability to *translate complex data into actionable insights and engaging visualizations*.
* Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
* Fluent English, with strong presentation and writing skills.

*It will be nice if you have:*

* Experience with *DBT* and *Snowflake* (big plus).
* Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA) or product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel).
* Knowledge of Python for advanced analysis or automation.
* Background in fintech or trading industries.
