Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for an experienced BI Systems Analyst to join the Data & AI Department in a leading healthcare organization in central Israel.

In this role, you will:

• Collect business requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into actionable BI and data solutions.
• Write functional and technical specification documents (S2T, process/architecture/business specifications, data visualization requirements).
• Lead data and analytics projects, while managing and supporting existing BI models and systems.
• Work closely with both business stakeholders and development teams.
• Support organizational data-driven decision-making by ensuring the accessibility and quality of operational data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (Information Systems specialization) from a recognized institution – mandatory.
• Relevant education/training in BI and Data Warehousing (DWH) – mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience as a BI/DWH Systems Analyst, including writing detailed functional and technical specifications – mandatory.
• Strong experience writing complex SQL queries (SQL Server) – mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience working in a Data Warehouse (DWH) environment – mandatory.
• Proven experience designing and specifying dashboards in Power BI and/or Qlik Sense – mandatory.
