Service & Back Office Coordinator

EMET DORCOM is hiring a Service & Back Office Coordinator!
Location: Petah Tikva + Ramat Gan
Full-time | Sunday–Thursday | 08:00–17:00

What will you do?

* Receive service requests from customers and log them into the system
* Track service calls through closure and billing
* Enter customer orders and service contracts, and manage ongoing follow-up
* Generate invoices and upload them to customer portals
* Work closely with service engineers and internal teams

Requirements:
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office – mandatory
* Good level of English (written and spoken) – mandatory
* Previous experience in administration or back office – Advantage
* Familiarity with Priority ERP – a plus
* Strong work ethic, motivation to learn, service-oriented mindset
* Organized, responsible, team player, and eager to grow professionally
