Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst, who is familiar with SQL Queries and Power BI solutions. As a senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of metrics – some common to other industries (web sessions and call center activity) and some unique to our domain. That includes existing reports delivered in Excel, and newer dashboards we are evolving in Power BI.

You will work closely with BI developers, leaders in our services organization, and with other team members. You will take a major part in building and leading our next generation data infrastructure to help continually evolve the reporting and analytics solutions we provide.

Responsibilities

·        Create reports for all of our partners, using Oracle and MySQL queries into Excel.

·        Migrate Excel reports into Power BI solutions leverage an interim SQL data warehouse.

·        Manage the solution project and follow-up on the development team tasks and workflow.

·        Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to optimize the software development lifecycle.

·        Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve our reporting and analytics solution.

What the Role Requires

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Product Manager role.

·        Experience with SQL and strong SQL skills.

·        Experience with Data Warehouse concepts.

·        Experience with Python is a plus.

·        Experience with ETL tools is a plus.

·        Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
