Role Overview

As a Social Media Specialist at Spines, you will support the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok through engaging content and platform-specific strategies. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing to align content with ongoing initiatives. The role includes helping analyze performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who enjoys creative execution and staying updated on social trends.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Develop creative social strategies tailored to each platform to boost engagement and brand awareness.
Manage Spines’ social presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with consistent messaging and trend-driven content.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing to align content with product updates and brand goals.
Lead and execute social projects independently from concept to publishing and performance tracking.
Create high-quality content including posts, captions, scripts, and short-form videos while experimenting with new formats.
Analyze social performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements

2–3 years in social media management, preferably in tech/product environments.
Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok trends, best practices, and community building.
Ability to create engaging content while using data to guide decisions and optimize performance.
Comfortable working collaboratively but also capable of leading projects independently and taking initiative.
Strong task management skills and consistency in fast-paced environments.
Enthusiastic about exploring new tools, formats, and tech trends to strengthen Spines’ brand presence.
High level of English (written and spoken).
