Production Issues Analyst

You will be part of Mobileye's REM department. Mobileye’s Road Experience Management (REM) is an end-to-end mapping and localization engine. Since we are dealing with a complex system based on machine learning and image processing, the analysis processes require deep thinking as well as analytic abilities.
Our analysts are responsible for providing deep analysis reports based on effective analysis of customer issues and their effect on the driving experience.
What will your job look like:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand correct ownership and impact of customer issues.
Analysis and deep dive into customer issues world wide and summarizing results into reports.
Constantly review current processes and procedures, striving to improve efficiency and validation processes.
Monitor validation progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

B.Sc./ M.Sc. - Industrial Engineering, Biology, Economics and Ect
Strong analytical capabilities
