Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover)

Responsibilities

Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical & competency-based requirements of the role, and help them build excellent teams by becoming their trusted recruitment partner.
Design & Implement innovative recruitment & sourcing strategies that meet business needs and help create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Build & maintain a pool of potential candidates that are not actively seeking a job, and be on the lookout to identify opportunities to bring them on board.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Build relationships with external recruitment partners.
Provide an excellent candidate experience

Requirements:

3+ years experience as a technical recruiter in Hitec/Startup companies or in technological agencies
Excellent sourcing skills, proficiency in Social Media recruiting platforms.
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize, work well & meet deadlines.
Highly energized and self-driven, innovative thinker, with a great passion for recruitment.
Self-motivated & assertive - ability to hunt down answers and drive solutions autonomously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew & English.
