Talent & People Operations Manager

We’re a dynamic, fast-growing energy consultancy helping property managers, businesses, and producers navigate the UK energy market. Our team of 55 people includes a mixture of office-based and remote workers. We work closely to deliver expert advice, unbeatable procurement, and strategic account management. We’re now looking for a full-time Talent & People Operations Manager who can confidently lead recruitment while owning and improving the employee experience across the business. Recruitment Onboarding (Primary Focus – ~50%) People Operations & HR Support Employee Engagement & Culture Internal Comms & Collaboration You have experience in end-to-end recruitment—you love finding the right person for the job. You’re organized, people-focused, and comfortable wearing many hats. You’ve worked in remote or hybrid teams and know how to build engagement at a distance. You’re confident working independently, using sound judgment to prioritize and solve problems. A big plus is familiarity with HR practices and experience in small, fast-moving teams. Nice to Have: Experience in the energy, consultancy, or property management sectors. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems or HRIS tools.
