ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join our TA team in Sodastream’s HQ in Kfar Saba.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting our HQ recruitment needs.

You will be leading the recruitment for a variety of profiles and seniority levels in areas such as Marketing, Finance, Commercial, E-commerce, and many more.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding candidate experience for the next generation of Streamers and acting as a partner for the business. The recruitment cycle will be end to end: from profiling the required talent and skills, through developing quality-sourcing channels, forming an effective and quality process for the candidate, and supporting candidate onboarding.

This position will report to the Head of Global TA.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

· Leads end-to-end recruitment life cycle while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. The process includes sourcing, phone interviews, HR interviews, reference checks, and offer management.

· Develops creative sourcing solutions to attract the best talents.

· Works closely with hiring managers to profile the required talent and align priorities.

· Evaluate the candidate's professional and personal fit to SodaStream’s culture.

· Support with recruitment admin tasks such as budget management, recruitment system administration, and tracking.

· Is actively involved in taking recruitment of SodaStream to the next level.

· Be part of the global recruitment team.

· Responsible for the onboarding process, to provide the new Streamers amazing sparkling start in their new journey.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 5 years working experience as a TA in a global organization

· Proven sourcing skills and the ability to quickly learn how to attract talents

· Experience conducting in-depth behavioral interviews and providing thorough HR assessments – must

· Experience with social media such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook – must

· Experience in Employer branding - a significant advantage

· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across boundaries, create exceptional work relationships and enjoy working in a multicultural environment.

· Self-starter, independent, results-oriented, and attentive to details

· Passion for the talent acquisition world

· High level of English - written and verbal - must
