As an HR Business Partner, you will support the business by aligning HR strategies and initiatives with company goals, change management initiatives, and transformation journies.You will get to know the organization, the teams, and the business and act as a trusted advisor to all stakeholders.So, How does a “day at work” looks like??Requirements:6+ years of working experience in an HR leadership role in a high-tech companyExperience with a rapid and complex changing work environmentPassion for innovative HR solutions and process improvementHands-on approach, as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employeesExcellent relationship-building and coaching skills (solving complex employee-related issues, strong team support orientation, and then excellent active listening)Strong Business InsightStrong analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data to make decisions.Responsibilities:Partnering with managers to understand the business needs and goals and developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that support those goalsGetting to know the different teams, how the business works, and what’s connecting all the dots - asking a lot of WHY while doing soProviding guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices, including performance management and developmentCoach managers on people-related matters, including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristicsManaging employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employeesCollaborating with other HR team members to develop and deliver training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR initiativesManaging employee compensation, benefits, and other HR-related programs, including welfareStaying up-to-date on employment laws and regulations and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulationsWork closely with HR stakeholders
