What's the job

We are looking for a talented and driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our people and business goals. This role combines strategic HR partnering with hands-on responsibility for managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across departments, supporting employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
Drive and support HR initiatives such as engagement, retention, talent development, and change management
Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and proactively build pipelines for key roles
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes: job profiling, posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement
Contribute to and lead cross-functional HR projects aligned with business strategy
Enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle

What You Bring

3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role – preferably in a tech or global company
Proven experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end – must
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, etc.)
Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business objectives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – ability to build trust and influence at all levels
Fluent in Hebrew and English – both written and spoken
