About the role

We seek a talented, passionate, and experienced Global Talent Acquisition (Temporary position) to join our one-of-a-kind HR team. As a Global Talent Acquisition at Surecomp, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent and contribute to the organization's growth and success. Part-time (50% commitment) with the option to grow. Reporting to VP HR.

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a global tech company.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and challenges.
Strong sourcing capabilities and a flair for creative candidate attraction strategies.
Experience with recruiter corporate on LinkedIn - Must.
Experience working with Comeet - Plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
