We are seeking to hire an extraordinary individual for the position of Affiliate Manager to maintain and develop our Fintech affiliate network.

In this role, you will manage the communication with Affiliates that are selling traffic to the network.

*Responsibilities include:*
* Develop and maintain existing relations with affiliates through ongoing and intensive contact.
* Recruitment of new affiliates.
* Onboarding of new affiliates
* Monitoring, analysing and optimisation of data.
* Find and engage new partnerships, maintain long-term cooperation on a win-win basis with new and existing network affiliates.
* Achieve revenue targets as outlined in the Business Plan.
* Control on traffic quality and partner’s payouts approval.
* Daily monitoring and performance optimization of dedicated pool of affiliates: checking stats, confirming bumps or decreases in rates, scaling of profitable campaigns, adding, and testing new sources.
* Perform traffic planning and buying caps of leads with the network Affiliates across a variety of geos.
* Negotiate and close traffic Buying deals with the network Affiliates.

*Requirements and skills:*
* Communicative English, both verbal and written
* sales and negotiation skills
* Understanding of affiliate metrics, unit economics and models of cooperation: CPA, CPL, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI *Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.*
* Willingness to travel to worldwide affiliate events.
* Crypto experience
* Working experience in an affiliate network or ad industry of at least 2 year
* Working experience with known tracking solutions: Trackbox/ Get linked /cake/in-house
* knowledge of how to set up postbacks for correct stats transfer.
* Global understanding of online advertising markets: traffic sources, verticals, monetization models;
