Help Desk- IL

As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled Help Desk Engineer to join our IT department.

Responsibilities:

Provide initial technical support to users via tickets, email, or in-person across all Global-e offices worldwide.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Azure, Office 365, networking, and Office 365 security tools.
Assist users with account setup, access permissions, and system guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and escalate complex technical problems.
Manage user accounts, including password resets and onboarding/offboarding.
Maintain IT inventory and support conference room equipment.
Provide urgent support during evenings and weekends.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Assist with new employee onboarding and support various systems and applications.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in helpdesk or technical support roles, preferably in medium-large organizations.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, and MacOS).
Experience with Office 365, Azure AD, Jamf, Jira Tickets, and Microsoft Teams.
