We are seeking a motivated HR Manager to join a leading
and growing accounting related firm.

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to play a
pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture and supporting all the talented
teams in all aspects of human resources.

Responsibilities include recruitment, offboarding and
onboarding processes, training programs, career planning, and promoting a
positive workplace environment, among others.

Requirements:
* Native level of English.
* 5+ years of experience in HR.
* Strong knowledge of HR, its practices and regulations.
* A proven track record of successfully managing teams
* and complex employee situations.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours
splitting between the Beit Shemesh and Jerusalem office.
