Job Requirements:
Experienced help desk technician
Extensive knowledge in Windows operations system servers and workstations, Office 2013/2016, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory.Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems in real time
Proficiency in English
