Data Analyst for Algorithm Department - Temporary Position

We are looking for a Data Analyst who excels at data operation and deriving insights from data and can help build an understanding of critical technological gaps that will take our product to the next level. Since we work with a complex, large-scale machine-learning system, our analysis processes require deep thinking and strong analytical skills.
What will your job look like:
Work closely with developers product managers on a daily basis to define and implement analysis strategies, align priorities, and continuously improve data workflows and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and validation objectives for various projects
Analyze and dive deep into large and complex data sets, summarizing results into comprehensive reports
Improve sensitivity, efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of validation processes with focus on automation
Monitor validation progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
All you need is:
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related field
2+ years of experience using Python for data manipulation, analysis, and tools development
Broad vision and a systematic approach
Familiarity with Linux and Pandas – advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Experience with relational databases; NoSQL familiarity - advantage
Experience working in Git‑based environments - advantage
