CRM Business Analyst

About the department
The Business Performance department is responsible for enhancing the business success of Plarium by ensuring excellence in the performance of all business aspects including marketing, games & product design, retention, monetization, etc. The department builds, operates, and optimizes the processes across the entire company through the top of the art analytical capabilities & product understanding.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to assess strategies and support the launch of new campaigns.
Track and analyze CRM KPIs, providing recommendations to maintain focus and effectiveness.
Design and analyze A/B tests to enhance campaign performance and business outcomes.
Create automated dashboards and reports to ensure company-wide understanding of CRM
Monitor and refine customer segmentation to improve targeting and personalization.
Analyze large datasets to uncover insights into player behavior and campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities.
Evaluate marketing campaigns using data-driven methods to understand player engagement and segment-specific responses.
What we expect
1.5-3 years of experience as an analyst in data-driven organizations, preferably within marketing or CRM environments.
BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent academic background.
Proficient in SQL with proven experience querying large, complex datasets.
Experience with BI visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks independently while maintaining a proactive and organized approach.
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Desired
Experience in the gaming industry is an advantage.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling; hands-on experience with Python or R is a plus.
