תומך/ת HELP DESK

Yael Group is looking for a competent Help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems in a global company. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
Role Location: Petah-Tikva

What will you Do:
Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email

Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs

Job Requirements:

Proven experience of 1-3 years as a Help Desk Technician
Knowledge and experience troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software
Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills
