IT Support Specialist

COMBLACK is hiring an experienced IT Support!

An exciting opportunity to provide technical support to end users across internal and external IT systems. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining workstations and peripheral devices, configuring printers, and resolving printing and scanning issues.

You will also collaborate with IT teams and business users, gather requirements for system improvements, and provide user training and support during system implementation.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in IT support and technical troubleshooting – Mandatory.
• Proven experience providing technical support to end users and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Hands-on experience installing and maintaining desktops, laptops, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Experience configuring printers and troubleshooting printing and scanning issues.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of computer networks, network infrastructure, and workstation connectivity.
• Proficiency in Active Directory.
• Experience providing both remote and on-site technical support, including diagnosing and resolving issues remotely.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
