At Newxel, we’re a dynamic and values-driven team of 250 professionals who are passionate about growing our people and delivering remarkable results. As we continue expanding, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Israeli market who will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying and connecting with potential clients.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of Newxel’s business development, engaging with prospective clients, introducing them to our services, and laying the groundwork for long-lasting business relationships. Your contribution will be instrumental in securing new clients and helping to grow Newxel’s presence in the Israeli market.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the IT sector
Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal) is essential
Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, and developing client relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent client experiences
Experience using CRM systems and familiarity with sales processes
A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
Identify potential clients within the Israeli market through research, networking, and outreach
Develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition, including cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement
Initiate contact with potential clients and build a pipeline of qualified leads
Lead Qualification
Engage in active conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals
Qualify leads to ensure alignment with Newxel’s services and offerings
Collaboration
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead conversion
Assist in developing and refining sales processes and strategies tailored to the Israeli market
Market Research & Reporting
Conduct ongoing research to stay informed about market trends, competitors, and client needs
Track, measure, and report on outreach efforts, lead generation, and KPIs
