Performance Analyst

We are looking for an exceptional Performance Analyst to join our Performance & Data team. This role sits at the intersection of product performance, customer success, and data-driven innovation - turning complex data into actionable insights that shape how our products deliver value in the real world.

You will play a key role in investigating product and customer performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating closely with Product, R&D, and Customer Engagement teams to ensure our systems perform optimally at scale.

This is a senior individual contributor role - ideal for someone who thrives on technical depth, complex problem-solving, and influencing strategy through insight and execution.

Requirements:

Conduct investigations into product performance, system behavior, and customer usage patterns to uncover root causes and drive measurable improvements.
Analyze large-scale operational and customer data to extract insights that guide product design, algorithm optimization, and operational excellence.
Work closely with Product and R&D teams to translate insights into actionable product changes and prioritization decisions.
Partner with Customer Engagement and Operations to quantify product value and identify levers for improved performance and adoption.
Serve as a key contributor to the continuous improvement loop between development, deployment, and real-world performance.Communicate findings and
recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - from engineers to executives.

You bring to the table:

2+ years of experience in data analysis, AI operations, or product performance roles, ideally within a complex technology or AI-driven environment.
Proven ability to translate technical data into actionable business or product recommendations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset - skilled at structuring ambiguous problems and validating hypotheses with data.
Hands-on experience with data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, BI platforms) and familiarity with data pipelines and AI/ML operational environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence through insight rather than authority.
A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and drive to improve how AI products perform for real customers.
