Briya- Medical Data Analyst

Job description

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our data team which consists of medical data analysts and data engineers.

In this role, you will lead efforts of mapping between data models and integration of different medical data sources to our platform, utilizing a unified data format, that will allow querying seamlessly. You will use the Briya platform to help our costumers perform research using this data. You will be in contact with various functionaries ranging from product managers and developers to clients, all with the goal of enabling better research.

Main responsibilities

Mapping data source schemas to FHIR/OMOP - uniform data format, testing and validating the data.
Working closely with product and development teams.
Facing clients of different types - BI developers, researchers, etc.

Requirements:

Quick learner
Medical proficient - medical / nursing degree, or relevant experience
SQL
Python (basic)
Strong analytical and logical skills
Team player
Desire to learn and grow

Familiarity with hospital information systems
Familiarity with development environments
Linux OS

Created data ETL processes
