Data Analyst

We're looking for a Data Analyst who can drive growth through insightful data analysis to join our Growth team at Loox, to join our Growth team.

As a Data Analyst at Loox, you will:

Serve as owner of Loox’s data, ensuring comprehensive and accurate event and data capture through all Loox departments.
Translate data into critical insights to unlock growth across the Loox funnel.
Analyze customer data to uncover deep insights into user behavior on Loox, driving data-informed improvements in product and user experience
Own strategy and development of daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for reporting both within the company and the management team.
Lead analytics part of product specification document across all Loox product squads.
Support A/B testing, methodology, results analysis, and recommendations.
Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple threads of work in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll need:

At least 4 years of experience as a data analyst in a product-led SaaS company.
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex data.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an ability to communicate across business areas.
Strong personal work ethic, including personal initiative and ownership.
Experience in ecommerce organization - Advantage.
Experience with Python - Advantage.
