About The Position

TriEye is the pioneer of SWIR sensing technology. Based on nanophotonics research, TriEye’s technology is disrupting the world of vision and sensing solutions. Leveraging its proven SWIR sensing technology, developed for automotive and industrial applications.

We are looking for exceptional talent to join our team as an HR Manager.

This role is crucial in shaping a positive workplace culture, managing the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Your Day to Day
Oversee all human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s goals and values
Foster a strong company culture by organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and initiatives to boost morale
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and team members, addressing HR-related matters such as conflict resolution, employee engagement, and organizational development whilst ensuring open communication and support
Oversee employee payroll and benefits administration and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill key positions
Manage and mentor the Office Manager, providing guidance on administrative tasks, office maintenance, and logistical responsibilities
Track and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve employee retention and satisfaction
Act as the point of contact for all HR audits, compliance issues, and workplace safety initiatives
Requirements
7+ years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in managing all HR functions, including recruitment
Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives to organizational goals and drive long-term improvements
Experience in a high-tech company and fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
Experience managing or supervising team members, such as Office Managers or administrative staff
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in HRIS and ATS
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
