We are looking for an organized and service-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team in Petah Tikva!

The position is temporary for one year, with an option for extension.

Responsibilities

The role includes supporting operational HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, maintaining employee data, and working closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
Prepare employment agreements and support new hire onboarding.
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle onboarding processes for contractors, interns, and external employees.
Coordinate orientation sessions for new employees.
Support employee transfer processes and system status updates.
Work closely with employees and managers throughout HR processes.
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and trackers
Perform data validation and identify gaps between systems.
Manage operational HR processes related to employee records and permissions.
Support process improvement initiatives within HR Operations.
Generate ongoing and monthly reports for HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.
Work closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, and managers.
Support offboarding processes, including access termination and equipment coordination.
Provide operational support to employees and managers.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in HR Operations / HR Administration – mandatory.
Experience working with HR and payroll systems such as SuccessFactors / HRM – Malam – advantage.
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and reporting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good English skills – mandatory.
