Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager at Voyantis, you will collaborate closely with the marketing User Acquisition (UA) team to ensure the success of clients' Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives. Your primary responsibility is managing client relationships and serving as the technical owner during the onboarding and POC phases. Project management is key, as this involves ensuring a fast and smooth data onboarding process, demonstrating significant uplift using the Voyantis product, and maintaining strong relationships and trust with clients. Voyantis is a leading LTV prediction platform that powers decisions of performance marketing teams. Our platform provides accurate future lifetime value for each user shortly after acquisition, allowing marketing teams to optimize revenues and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
* Serve as the technical lead, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
* Manage project timelines and keep clients informed of progress.
* Build and maintain trust-based client relationships, addressing concerns promptly.
* Identify and communicate potential issues or risks, ensuring swift resolution.
* Oversee client data integration, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Develop and execute detailed plans for POC campaigns, managing hands-on analysis.
* Monitor technical aspects like signaling, match rate, and campaign performance, resolving related issues.
* Coordinate tasks and resources to ensure successful onboarding and POC completion.

Requirements
* Technical B.Sc in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - A Must!
* 2-3 years in customer-facing roles.
* Proven experience with data analysis; SQL knowledge is a strong advantage.
* Strong communication skills for frequent interaction with customers and peers.
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with all communication in English.
* Growth mindset with an understanding of business KPIs and customer goals.
* Self-starter with the ability to multitask in a high-volume work environment.

*Bonus Points:*
* Experience with tools like Facebook, Google, Snap ad accounts, Appsflyer, GA4, etc.
* Experience with growth, performance marketing, and UA is a strong advantage.
* Experience with customers from various verticals (B2B SaaS, DTC/Ecommerce, Gaming).
