Senior Marketing Automation Manager

JamesAllen.com is looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Manager to join its Herzliya-based marketing team (hybrid). They will join the CRM team, responsible for planning, creating, and analyzing daily cross-channel campaigns to maximize engagement and retention efforts that have a direct impact on the growth and revenue goals of the business. This dynamic role reports to the Head of CRM. Ideate and execute CRM strategies that encourage customer retention and loyalty. Customer journey mapping - analyze touchpoints within the organization and capitalize on commercial opportunities. Build a cross-channel experience under industry standards and best practices. Manage trigger-based campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize KPIs. Oversee and optimize the SMS marketing activities Manage the strategy, campaigns and measurement of Direct Mail campaigns Regularly monitor retention KPIs performance data and analyze results by tracking and A/B testing campaigns to guide improvements. Guide and provide support to other CRM team members and work closely with the Head of CRM to develop a clear CRM strategy. Who You Are 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the eCommerce/gaming industry. Understanding of CRM processes with a background in customer conversion and retention strategies. Proficient in HTML and CSS (strong technical orientation, feels comfortable with code). Strong analytical skills, data-driven marketer with the ability to optimize performance based on data. Comfortable with applied use of functions like Pivot Tables and Vlookups. Familiarity with Excel/Tableau/Data studio. Project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and problems solving skills Native-level English (spoken and written) and familiarity with the US consumer market.
