Junior Remarketing & Marketing Automation Manager

Location: Central Tel Aviv | Full-time

A leading technology-driven media company is looking for a sharp and analytical Junior Remarketing & Marketing Automation Manager to join its marketing team.

This is a unique hybrid role combining campaign management, marketing automation, technology and data — perfect for someone who enjoys running campaigns but also wants to understand, operate and own the systems behind them.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimize remarketing and retention campaigns
• Work hands-on with email marketing, telephony and marketing automation platforms
• Take ownership of marketing systems and their day-to-day operation
• Work with integrations between marketing platforms and telephony systems
• Build reports, analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Monitor customer journeys and marketing funnels
• Troubleshoot operational and technical issues across marketing systems
• Use data to continuously improve campaign performance and processes

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and technical mindset
• Experience with remarketing, retention, email marketing or marketing automation
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns
• Comfortable working with data, reports and multiple technology platforms
• Ability to understand systems, processes and integrations
• Independent, curious and eager to learn

You might already be working in remarketing, email marketing or marketing automation — or you may come from a QA/technical background with exposure to marketing systems and a strong analytical mindset.
