Taranis is hiring a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team and accelerate our growth!

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition roles, specifically in Tech (SaaS startup companies - advantage
Strong candidate outreach skills and the ability to build both short and long-term sourcing strategies
Passion for people and recruitment in a data-driven manner
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment and HR systems

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents while creating a great candidate experience.
Represent the company brand, acting as an ambassador for our culture and mission as the first point of contact for candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a fast and efficient recruiting process.

P&C Support:

Active member of the P&C Team: Collaborate on HR initiatives and projects, fostering a positive workplace culture and engagement.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees, ensuring a positive experience.
Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, maintaining open and positive communication.
Data Management: Keep employee records accurate and current, and help prepare HR reports and analytics.
