Marketing Designer

Description:

ActiveFence is seeking a Creative Marketing Designer with a strong grasp of digital marketing across various channels. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to design and execute creative campaigns, develop engaging social media content, and lead website design, among other responsibilities.

You’ll be joining a highly creative and driven team, helping to shape the ActiveFence brand and elevate the customer experience through innovative design. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create sharp, visually compelling assets across platforms, including presentations, one-pagers, newsletters, social media graphics, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
Design and develop engaging content for various marketing initiatives, such as sponsored ads, branded content, emails, landing pages, videos, and online campaigns, while ensuring brand consistency across all materials and channels.
Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and data-driven insights to enhance performance and achieve marketing goals.
Build reusable templates to streamline workflows for team members and support the ongoing design and development of the website, ensuring adherence to a cohesive design system.
Manage collaboration with freelance designers, overseeing their work to maintain alignment with brand standards and design quality.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of campaigns and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Requirements:

Portfolio & Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work, including branding, video content, social media assets, paid ads, complex content design, and UX/UI projects. Requires 3-4 years of experience in online brand and marketing design, with web design expertise.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and familiarity with Google Slides and Docs. Knowledge of Premiere Pro is an advantage.
Creative & Detail-Oriented: A conceptual designer with a deep understanding of UI/UX, typography, and attention to detail. Must be able to lead projects from concept to completion while maintaining a high standard of work.
Self-Motivated & Collaborative: Capable of working independently and as part of a team. Organized, task-oriented, and driven by learning new trends and design innovations.
Results-Driven: Passionate about testing, KPIs, and optimization. Comfortable working across diverse projects, formats, and audiences while balancing creativity with data-driven results.
