Performance Marketing Designer

DTC Digital Health | Ra'anana Junction, Israel | Full-time, in-office 5 days a week

We're serial entrepreneurs building a fast-growing DTC digital health platform serving the U.S. market. Small team, strong execution, no fluff.

We're looking for a Marketing Designer obsessed with great design that drives results. Someone with a sharp eye, strong performance marketing skills, and the ability to bring a brand to life. If you want real ownership and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, we'd love to talk.

This is a true startup role: demanding pace, high expectations, multiple projects, and tight deadlines. You'll deliver a high volume of creative without compromising design standards, directly impacting our brand and growth.

What You'll Do:

• Create performance ads hands-on across static designs, video, and motion graphics, refining creative based on campaign results
• Own the visual identity and brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints
• Design websites and landing pages that combine strong visual design with clear user journeys and conversion-focused thinking
• Work closely with the founders to turn business priorities into finished creative work
• Manage a creative team, freelancers, and external partners, from briefing through feedback and final delivery
• Own project planning and execution, managing priorities, deadlines, and resources to deliver high-quality work at pace
  
  

• Strong portfolio of performance ads and branding for DTC, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands, demonstrating exceptional typography, layout, imagery, and brand identity
• Experience with AI tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma, with strong hands-on design, video editing, and motion graphics skills
• Strong web design and UX skills, with the ability to design clear, engaging websites and landing pages
• Experience managing creative team members and freelancers, with strong project management skills and a sharp eye for quality
• Comfortable owning work end-to-end in a small team with a demanding pace and high expectations
• Strong written and spoken English; you'll be creating content for the U.S. market
