We are looking to add a results-driven Talent Sourcing Specialist to play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent for Fullpath. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and a true passion for finding the right people for the right position. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a career in talent acquisition.

This is a hybrid position (Jerusalem or Tel Aviv offices) reporting to the Director of HR.

Requirements:

To be a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Fullpath you need to have:

At least 1years of experience as a Sourcer/ Recruiter in a high-tech company/ recruitment company, with a focus on R&D positions
Fluent in English and Hebrew
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter in deep sourcing, in-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques, sourcing strategies, and tools.
Proven ability to engage passive candidates and successfully convert them into active candidates.
Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
Vast knowledge of high-tech industry and various company types, technologies, and expertise

The personal competencies you need to have:

Excellent market research skills and the ability to apply insights to recruitment strategies
Team player with a "can-do" attitude, willing to collaborate and contribute to team success.
Data-driven with hands-on experience analyzing conversion funnels and sourcing metrics to optimize sourcing strategies.
Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

What you will be responsible for:

Meet the sourcing KPIs both in number and quality of candidates sourced
Utilize various sourcing techniques (including online channels, social media, networking events, and referrals) to identify and attract top talent.
Collaborate closely with Tech Talent acquisition lead and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and priorities.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates.
Engage with candidates through personalized outreach, email campaigns, and networking events to establish rapport and interest.
Conduct screening phone calls with potential candidates.
Work with data to analyze sourcing metrics and optimize sourcing strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process.
