Job Description:

Are you a dynamic Program Manager looking to drive organizational excellence in a leading technology company? Join us at AT&T's Israel R&D Center as part of our Professional Excellence group, where you will play a pivotal role in designing and managing cross-organizational improvement processes.

What You Will Do:

Design, lead and shape the implementation of organization-wide improvement processes
Collaborate with leaders across various departments (Product Management, Software Development, Architecture, etc.) to advocate, orchestrate and track comprehensive plans
Employ your program management expertise in large organizations to drive initiatives forward
Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking. The position includes communication with US counterparts
Lead without direct authority, fostering engagement and embracing change

Requirements:
At least 10 years proven experience in program management within large-scale organizations
Experience designing and implementing organization-wide processes
Experience with a variety of roles in R&D organizations, with an emphasis on the Software Development Life Cycle
Strong foundation in Agile/Lean methodologies
Exceptional English communication skills, including verbal and written - Mother tongue-level
Ability to create awesome presentations and convey messages to large audiences
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and engage diverse teams in change initiatives
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, IT)
PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification is a plus
Prior experience in a PMO, LACE, or OE (Organizational Excellence) environment is advantageous
