The Senior Program Manager will work with different stakeholders, to implement various learning programs and initiatives for government and public sector entities. They will act as the voice of the customer & learner and work collaboratively with Google Cloud learning services, account teams, professional services, and other external teams / contractors to provide thought leadership, understand various complex audience segmentations and skills needs, and ensure smooth implementation and deployment of programs.

How will they do it / Key responsibilities :

• Work with account teams and customers to understand contractual obligations, desired vision, and program scope.
• Accountable for program level KPIs that achieve learning services OKRs
• Work integrally within the organization to understand and identify offerings, teams, sponsors, and SME’s who can help bring learning visions to life.
• Identify gaps in Google offerings, and advise solutions to fill gaps
• Run skills gap assessments and discovery across various government and public sector entities. Eg. higher education, small and medium enterprises, and public sector employees.
• Organize virtual / on-site learning events
• Develop communication, and branding plans to announce learning initiatives, engage, excite and maximize registrations
• Document processes, best practices, and manage change
• Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders and customers to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
• Track program data, aggregate metrics and provide regular reporting. Interact with marketing and sales teams, capturing tasks, identifying and coordinating workstreams, executing on marketing and business development activities
• Instrument continuous improvement, and work with the wider cloud learning teams to maximize engagement and participation.
• Work as part of a global team with focus on scale
• Assist in delivering digital learning activities for customers, partners, learners

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

• G-Suite and Workspace or Microsoft office
• Project & People Management experience and/or qualifications
• Knowledge of competency and skill gaps assessments frameworks, tools, and best practices
• Knowledge of professional development and Cloud / Technology training programs
• Knowledge of government and public sector dynamics, regulations, and segmentations.
