ThriveDX is seeking a dedicated and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a global leader in cybersecurity and digital skills training, we are committed to transforming lives and careers through our innovative educational programs. We are looking for a mid to senior-level QA professional who shares our passion for excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

· Identify, document, and track software defects and ensure their resolution.

· Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

· Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality and performance.

· Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

· Conduct regression and sanity testing to ensure quality and stability, particularly during version releases.

REQUIREMENTS

· Strong experience in API testing.

· Solid knowledge of databases, including the ability to write and execute complex SQL queries.

· Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is an advantage.

· Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

· Familiarity with Figma for UI/UX design collaboration and testing.

· Experience with Jira for project and issue tracking.

· Familiarity with AWS services.

· Understanding of AI concepts and their application in software testing.

· Programming knowledge in languages such as Python, or JavaScript is an advantage.

Qualifications:

· At least 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.

· Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
