Training Team Lead

KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Global Learning & Training Team Lead as part of our growing delivery team. We seek an innovative professional who can drive our global customer's training strategy while managing a diverse team across multiple locations. The position includes meetings with many diverse global clients, training and learning development.

You'll be a key member of our middle management team, collaborating across all company departments to create and implement cutting-edge learning solutions.

Requirements:

Must Have Requirements

Training and learning development experience
Excellent English
Technology oriented
Flexibility in working hours (global role)
Strong innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
Creative approach and excellent presentation skills
Strong project management capabilities

Nice to Have

Proven experience in team management
Experience with SaaS
Additional languages
Experience in developing and implementing e-learning solutions
Experience in organizing and leading customer events
Knowledge management background

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a global learning & training team
Drive internal knowledge management initiatives
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
Develop and deliver training materials in English and Hebrew
Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: internal teams, partners, and customers
Manage end-user customer training programs
Innovate and modernize our e-learning platforms and methodologies
Execute special projects as assigned by department management
Lead and organize customer events - both physical and virtual
Oversee external knowledge portal management
