abra is hiring a Junior CSM!
CSM Responsibilities:
Customer Retention – Building long-term relationships with clients and preventing churn
Maximizing Customer Value – Identifying opportunities to expand product usage (Upsell & Cross-sell)
Increasing Platform Engagement – Ensuring high customer engagement and regular platform usage
Customer Training – Assisting clients with product implementation and proper usage
Crisis Management – Proactively solving issues and preventing technical problems
Collaboration with Sales & Development Teams – Working together to improve the product and tailor it to customer needs
Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, in Ra'anana.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong Communication & Service Orientation – Representing the company to the client
Emotional Intelligence – Deep understanding of customer needs and challenges
Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen – Planning smart moves to ensure customer success
Experience Working with Clients (B2B/B2C) – Skilled in building strong relationships
Data Analysis & Insight Extraction – Identifying patterns and improving performance
End-to-End Customer Support – Guiding clients through every stage, from onboarding to success
