We're seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team in Ramat Gan.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end customer onboarding process for Enterprise accounts, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of Guidde's solutions
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to customer needs and use cases
- Drive account expansion by identifying upsell opportunities and additional use cases within existing accounts
- Proactively identify and execute strategic growth initiatives to increase product adoption and customer spend
- Create business reviews that demonstrate ROI and build business cases for expansion
- Monitor customer health metrics and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders
- Create and execute success plans that align with customers' business objectives
- Partner with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product adoption
- Develop expansion strategies based on usage patterns and customer feedback
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing, growing, and expanding Enterprise accounts
- Experience in developing and executing account growth strategies
- Hands-on experience with video creation and editing tools
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with Hubspot, Intercom, and Mixpanel
- Background in working with Enterprise-level clients
- Knowledge of video documentation and knowledge management solutions
- Track record of driving customer adoption and reducing churn
- Experience in value-based selling and account expansion
