*Key Responsibilities:*

Development of Training Processes and Systems: Design and implement innovative training processes and systems to enhance the learning experience for our team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.

Supplier Management: Research and identify potential training suppliers and partners. Evaluate supplier offerings and negotiate contracts to ensure quality training resources are available to support our team's development.

LMS Management: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure it effectively supports our training initiatives. Manage user accounts, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide support and guidance to users as needed.

Relationship Management with Manufacturer: Serve as the primary point of contact with the manufacturer regarding certification paths for guides. Manage certification processes, including granting privileges, resetting passwords, and providing user support. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the manufacturer to optimize training outcomes.

Training Development and Adaptation: Develop new training materials and adapt existing manufacturer training programs to meet the specific needs of our local team. Utilize instructional design principles and innovative learning techniques to create engaging and effective training content.

*Requirements:*

Bachelor's degree.

Experience in the training field, with emphasis on LMS system management and training material development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to engage with diverse audiences.

Proficiency in English (continuous communication with the manufacturer, annual training abroad, approval of translated materials received from the manufacturer).

Strong technological skills and high computer literacy.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Storyline.

Proficiency in Excel.
