Customer Success Manager/AI Solutions Engineer/ FDE

Customer Success Manager (First Hire) 3–4 years in Customer Success, Customer Success Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a similar post-sale role at a B2B SaaS company Experience at a cybersecurity company Strong technical understanding, can lead a technical customer conversation independently and knows when to bring technical depth into the discussion Proven track record managing enterprise accounts with measurable business impact Startup or early-stage experience, can build a function from scratch and lead it Proactive, with a strong ownership mentality and a builder's mindset, you create process where none exists Genuinely listens to customers to understand their real pain, and builds relationships for the long haul Able to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills Familiarity with security tooling (vulnerability scanners, EDR, SIEM, exposure/vuln management platforms) Willingness to travel AI Solutions Engineer/ FDE 5–8 years in solution engineering, implementation consulting, or technical customer success in B2B SaaS or enterprise software - must Project Management E2E working with customers/ full responsibility E2E on implementation of products Hands-on ERP experience - SAP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or equivalent. - adventage experience in software engineering, ideally backend, full-stack, or AI-related work (writing and understanding code in JS- is a must) Experience working with AI or LLM-based products- adventage Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Delivery, Solutions Engineering, Support Engineering, or Technical Product/Program Management Strong ability to own projects end-to-end, including timelines, execution, and stakeholder management Experience working with customers on complex requirements and custom solutions Strong technical depth and the ability to stay hands-on when needed Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts Startup mindset: proactive, independent, and comfortable with ambiguity Excitement about helping companies adopt AI in a way that meaningfully transforms how they work
