A fast-growing company in Tel Aviv in the SaaS industry is seeking a driven and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support business growth in the North American market. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting targeted outreach, and nurturing opportunities into qualified leads. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at relationship-building, and have a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone, and events.
* Targeted Research: Conduct in-depth research on industries and companies to develop personalized outreach strategies.
* Relationship Building: Engage decision-makers to communicate the company's value and schedule product demonstrations.
* Sales Collaboration: Work closely with account executives and sales managers to ensure a smooth handoff of leads.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of activities and insights in HubSpot or similar platforms.
* Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for generating qualified opportunities.
Requirements:
* Experience: 6–18 months of proven success as a B2B SaaS SDR.
* Communication Skills: Strong writing, speaking, and social communication abilities, including the ability to simplify technical concepts.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot.
* Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive measurable top-of-funnel activity.
* Language Skills: Fluency in English for global communication.
* Analytical Thinking: Strong skills in market research and analysis.
* Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel to North America 3-4 times per year for meetings and events.
* Work Hours: Willingness to work U.S. hours, Monday to Friday.
