Efficiently manage administrative tasks on behalf of the NAM CFO and Finance Leadership Team enabling the team to focus on key business workstreams. Heavy calendar management for multiple finance leaders in the spirit of keeping the chaos to a minimum.

Meeting Planning and Management – Monitor/send invites for CFO and leadership team on all pertinent workstreams……schedule FLT's, EFLT's, Town Halls, MBR's, Community Service Events and assist planning our Finance Team Summit. I work closely with the finance engagement team throughout the year and am the NAM point of contact for our Finance Amazing Teams Days which is sponsored by our Global CFO Lavanya Chandrashekar.

Manage and maintain Concur (includes booking travel for CFO and SVP’s), Coupa (PO’s), maintain finance outlook distribution lists, org charts and the Who's Who Of Finance to ensure up to date contact info.

Act as corporate card administrator with Citibank for emergency issues that arise for all NAM corporate card holders.

Act as Diageo Cares administrator approving all matching gift requests for US and Canada every month on the Diageo Cares Portal and liaise with Corp Relations on the program and invoice processing each month. I also remain the contact for our Diageo retirees who still utilize the matching gift program. Their requests have to be processed differently as they don’t have access to our Diageo Cares website.
