Business Analyst

We’re looking to hire a Data Analyst to join the team.

The analyst will be responsible for generating insights to support smarter, data-driven decisions across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze end-to-end operational cycles
Monitor and report on SLAs, KPIs, team workloads, and escalations
Identify root causes for failures and delays (RCA)
Surface trends and inefficiencies to support process improvements
Work closely with operations leaders to turn data into action

Requirements:

Proven analytical skills and strong command of Excelת SQL and BI tools
Ability to work with large data sets and extract clear, actionable insights
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar role – an advantage
