Operations specialist (Graduate trainee)

Position Summary

To support day-to-day operations, coordination of sales activities and communication with Operators relevant team and MX/Marketing/SVC internal teams. This role ensure smooth workflow, accurate reporting, and effective execution of sales processes. Additionly, market visits to check field excution of activities

Role and Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager.
Analysis sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Track sales targets and KPIs and alert management on deviations.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to support sales activities.

Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
Support PP/PR of Operators .

Skills and Qualifications

Requisitions:

B.A- Communications / Marketing / Business administration (completed in the past 12 months)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
