Back Office & Operations - 5686

We are hiring for several discreet opportunities in the fields of Back Office, Operations, Order Management, and Import Operations.

These positions offer the opportunity to join leading companies and work in dynamic business environments involving multiple interfaces, customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Processing and entering customer orders into organizational systems

• Monitoring orders and operational processes through completion

• Supporting sales teams and commercial departments

• Working with internal stakeholders and customers

• Producing reports and tracking operational data

• Working with ERP systems

• Managing ongoing operational and administrative processes

• In some positions: communicating with international customers and suppliers

Some of the open positions also focus on Import Operations, including:

• Managing purchase orders with overseas suppliers

• Monitoring import and delivery processes

• Working with freight forwarders and customs brokers

• Handling import documentation and regulatory requirements

• Receiving goods and managing import files in internal systems

• Monitoring supplier payments

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in Back Office / Sales Operations / Operations / Order Management / Customer Service, depending on the position

• Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Priority or SAP, is a significant advantage and required for some positions

• Good Excel skills

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and interfaces

• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and service orientation

• Good to fluent English, depending on the position

• For Import Operations roles: previous experience in import/export processes
